Where do I begin? I’ll start with this being a wedding at Sequoia in Washington DC with wedding portraits at the Kennedy Center. That’s a super fun part about weddings in the city is that they are all so unique often with multiple locations. But, that says nothing of this very special couple and the feelings on this day. I’ve never been one to be so great with words, so I hope these photos do the trick. This was a wedding filled with SO much joy and laughter. Everyone needs friends like this bride’s friends in particular. Just look at them cheering for E+B when they entered the reception as husband and wife. I mean, come on.

We did their engagement session at Meadowlark Botanical Gardens, and that is when I first discovered E’s sweet nose crinkle when she smiles. It’s a smile with your whole face kind of smile. I was so happy to see these two together again on the happiest day for their wedding at Sequoia Washington DC.
