Meadowlark Botanical Gardens Engagement

Engagement Portraits at Meadowlark in Vienna, Virginia

These two moved in together the day before the country shut down. Now that is a dramatic sentence! These two moved in together the day before the country shut down! It clearly worked out since yesterday we celebrated their engagement at Meadowlark Botanical Gardens. E + B chose Meadowlark for their engagement portraits because it’s a special spot for B with lots of good memories. I didn’t learn why until after our session was over, but it made me feel that I was a part of something truly memorable by capturing these for them.

They wore matching sneakers for their first outfit, and I think they rocked it! These two will be rocking matching shoes for their wedding day as well and I can’t wait to see it. After this fun was over, we went to a local brewery a couple of miles away to celebrate these two. I can’t emphasize enough that E + B are two really special people. I photograph a lot of people, but it’s not often that I see joy and kindness like theirs. This day made me feel truly blessed to have clients like them.

If you want to see E’s nose crinkle when she smiles, then you have to scroll through these. You won’t want to miss it. Or, if you just want to see the beauty surrounding this Meadowlark Botanical Gardens Engagement, scroll down my friend.

P.S. Dear B – I did my best at flower photography, but I think you win for best flower photos!
