When a couple has this kind of chemistry, it’s really fun to see how I can capture them on film. Being the photographer gives you a unique perspective. I just love soaking up all the joy! This Morais Vineyards wedding in Virginia was a simple, beautiful, and intimate elopement. I hope you think so, too.
Now, this couple decided on an intimate celebration with only their closest friends. I love that in the COVID era, this is finally an acceptable way to celebrate such an important day. With such an intimate setting, they paid more attention to all of the details in their day. You can see that from the beautiful table settings to extravagant invitations. This bride even wore two separate wedding day looks for before and after their ceremony at Morais Vineyards! We went out to their greenhouse for some golden hour portraits to finish their portrait time. Those are some of my favorite from the entire day! I hope you enjoy looking through these images even a fraction as much as I enjoyed taking them.
While Morais is one of my favorite Virginia wedding venues, the DC area and Virginia have no shortage of beautiful wedding venues and engagement session locations. If you are looking for a location for your own wedding or engagement portraits, you can check out my blog here for engagement session locations!
