Yesterday Sirena and Chad enjoyed a beautiful evening in Bishop’s Garden for their engagement photos in Washington D.C.! The wind had finally calmed, and it was a lovely Spring day. These two loved these gardens in particular because it has very similar romantic vibes to their wedding venue. I couldn’t agree more. The gardens are timeless. Just like Sirena’s vintage 1930s engagement ring. I stepped on to the grounds and was blown away by how beautiful everything was. The National Cathedral itself feels so grand, and then the surrounding archways and flowers are simply breathtaking. Sirena and Chad, you two make a stunning couple and I enjoyed laughing with you both for an evening.
I also can’t believe your wedding is less than six months away! Sirena and Chad tie the knot together later this year at the Strong Mansion. You two have a lifetime of beautiful adventures ahead. It was my absolute pleasure to capture these engagement photos for you to celebrate this special time in your lives together.

If you can’t tell, there were so many little doors and archways in Bishop’s Garden that I felt like we were in a different world. It was like the door to the Secret Garden was right here and we just discovered it! Sirena and Chad’s whimsical spirits made this location so much more beautiful. It was truly a joy to photograph their portraits here.
