Maybe Anna knew I was aiming for her, but how accurately can you even toss a bouquet? I tried to give her some warning – maybe a wink, or a nod. I don’t know – this was two years ago, so while I would like to think I did something cute and clever like wink, it doesn’t really matter now. What does matters is that Anna caught the bouquet, because she and Dan had been dating for a while – as in, you would need two hands to count the number of years they’d been together.
They met in high school and have thrived through the transitions of college and careers, all while growing closer together as a couple. Together, they are a staple couple of my college memories, and when Dan proposed to Anna in March of this year, I knew I could look forward to many more years of beautiful memories with the two of them.
