He had it all planned. For much of their relationship, Kim and Logan have enjoyed long hikes together. They are all for beautiful adventures. In fact, he was going to propose on a beautiful overlook after a long sunrise hike. The rain had other plans, though. They tried to hike through the mud and slippery rocks, but realized it wasn’t the best idea. They turned back to head home. Then as she went to open the car door, there he was on one knee in the pouring rain. I think the most romantic moments are often the ones that aren’t planned at all. Their engagement story is exactly that: romantic and authentically them. As such, it only made sense for these two to have their engagement session at a beautiful overlook like Ravens Roost.
This Ravens Roost engagement session began on a cloudless day. The leaves had all fallen. The Blue Ridge Mountains lived up to their name with their bluish tones. Ravens Roost made for the perfect backdrop to showcase this sweet couple and their engagement. These two were up for anything, and felt right at home overlooking the mountains. Kim and Logan, you two are the cutest and I had so much fun capturing your love!
